Shaped by hand in 14K Rose Gold Fill Wire the Ethel Chevron Earring gives a POP of personality to any outfit with it's whimsical reclaimed chevron fabric and delicate hand beaded detail.
Part of Gilded Girl's Spring/Summer 2024 Capsule Collection, Imprint, each pair of Ethel earrings has been created by hand in our studio in Texas from a reclaimed fashion textile we fell in love with and given a new life through designer, Danyelle Donaldson. Each style in the collection has been named to celebrate a female journalist she admires.
The Ethel earring is named for journalist Ethel L. Payne, often known as the first lady of the black press; she is one of the most famous black female reporters of all time.
Gilded Girl Accessories creates limited-edition, handmade jewelry in hypoallergenic 14k rose gold fill, sterling silver, and stainless steel. Each collection designer Danyelle Donaldson releases tells a story of grit grace and moxie with styles named for inspiring women. Modern silhouettes mixed with pearls, reclaimed textiles, and custom printed vegan leathers are used in each collection to create styles as unique as the individuals who wear them. Using wire wrapping methods, designer, Dani creates an elite 20-100 pieces by hand in each style. Ensuring your curated look of choice won't be spotted on everyone else.
